Fennelien Stal

Fennelien Stal has started working for Agriterra in Indonesia 2023 as a Senior Cooperative advisor and business developer. She works on lobby and advocacy, builds partnerships to mobilise grants, and aims to link national and international markets to cooperatives. Fennelien has a bachelor's and master's degree in Social and Cultural Anthropology from the VU University in Amsterdam. 

She has worked for 8 years as a design, monitoring, evaluation and learning advisor, project manager, researcher and trainer for NGOs and consultancy firms in the Netherlands and South & Southeast Asia. She has built strong relationships with partner organisations, funding agencies and other stakeholders to manage relief and development projects and mobilise the needed funds.

Fennelien is experienced in conducting qualitative research, Theory of Change design, training, consultations and organisational strategy development processes. Lastly, she has advised and supported partner organisations to improve the quality of their work and organisation through design, monitoring and evaluation practices and organisational capacity assessments.
