Jasper Spikker

Jasper Spikker (Diepenveen,1984) has graduated from the University of Twente in 2008 as Master of Business Administration. From 2009 until 2013 Jasper has worked as business administrative grants advisor for the private sector, with a special focus on innovation projects. In this position Jasper has successfully developed business plans for various sectors, e.g. food industry, manufacturing, agribusiness and related industries.

Since 2013 Jasper is living in Kigali, Rwanda. He worked for a Dutch private sector investment fund as Investment Manager, making investment decisions on Small and Growing Businesses in the African Great Lakes Region. In 2016 Jasper joined the Agriterra team, as Business Advisor for the Great Lakes Region. In this position Jasper is responsible for scoping, assessing and advising cooperative agribusinesses in achieving their business objectives. Furthermore Jasper actively supports farmers’ organisations in Rwanda, DRC and Burundi.
